The cap type optical part 13 is equipped with an included angle light diffusion reflecting section 25 for reflecting included angle radiation light Pn emitted from a semiconductor light emitting element 3 in almost all directions from the central axis Ax with an included angle relative to the central axis Ax smaller than a preset angle 1 so that the light goes out from the peripheral surface 24. The lens cover 11 is equipped with a first reflection section 41 for reflecting light 101 emitted from the included angle light diffusion reflecting section 25 to the front side of the lighting fixture and a first emission section 43 for emitting the light 102 reflected by the first reflection section 41 from the lens surface.
