Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle navigation device and a program capable of guiding a route to meet the preference of a user.
SOLUTION: The vehicle navigation device comprises a registering means (11) to register an origin, a destination and a traveling route in a related manner, a determination means (12) to determine whether or not the same origin and the same destination as those in the registered route are input, a route searching means (13) which reads road information of a predetermined layer out of hierarchized roads to constitute the registered route when it is determined by the determination means that the same origin and the same destination are input, and search the route by lowering the weighting in searching the route, and a control means (4) to guide the route searched by the route searching means.
