To provide a vehicle operation device capable of improving operability of an operation member when making the vehicle travel at constant speed.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation device 20 includes an operation pedal 31 which is displaceable in a first direction C1 from a neutral position and a second direction C2 from a neutral position, and an integrated control device 21. The operation pedal 31 is biased to bring the operating position closer to the neutral position. The integrated control device 21 sets the acceleration/deceleration instruction value to a value on the acceleration side when the operation position is located on the first direction C1 side with respect to the holding area, while sets the acceleration/deceleration instruction value to a value on the deceleration side when the operation position is on the second direction C2 side with respect to the holding area. Further, the integrated control device 21 calculates the required value of the braking/driving force of the vehicle so as to hold the vehicle speed when the operation position is located in the holding area, while calculates the required value of the braking/driving force of the vehicle on the basis of the acceleration/deceleration instruction value when the operation position is located outside the holding area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
