Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply capable of suppressing a voltage drop of a capacitor caused by the leakage current of a DC/DC converter, and using a lithium ion capacitor.SOLUTION: A vehicle power supply 1 includes: an auxiliary battery 4; a converter circuit part 61 connected to the auxiliary battery 4; a capacitor 5 connected to the auxiliary battery 4 through the converter circuit part 61; a smoothing capacitor 62 and a voltage sensor 63 which are connected to the converter circuit part 61; and a switch 64 disposed between the smoothing capacitor 62 and the voltage sensor 63 and the capacitor 5. The switch 64 is switched off when the voltage of the capacitor 5 is a predetermined reference voltage value or higher at a vehicle non-operation time.
