Title:
VEHICLE SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006161912
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To certainly attenuate vibration of a high frequency band while realizing cost reduction.
A vehicle suspension system includes a hydraulic cylinder 35 provided between a vehicle body and a wheel, and variable damping force control valves 52, 53 which control the damping force by varying the amount of applied current. The hydraulic cylinder 35 includes a cylindrical body (inner tube 7), a piston 27 fitted in the cylindrical body and a rod 12. Vibration attenuating sections 54, 55 are arranged between oil chambers (a first oil chamber 31 and a second oil chamber 32) defined by the piston 27 of the cylindrical body and the variable damping force control valves 52, 53.
