To provide a vehicle theft preventive system capable of further improving a security level of a vehicle.
This vehicle theft preventive system has a control part 30, a server 13a, and a cellular phone 14. The control part 30 performs automatic locking control for locking a door lock by determining that a portable machine 11 is put in a state of being left as it is in a vehicle interior, when detecting that an engine is a stopping state and the portable machine 11 exists in the vehicle interior in a user getting-off state. The server 13a and the cellular phone 14 confirm whether or not to be a normal user of the vehicle 2. The control part 30 allows unlocking of the door lock on condition of being confirmed as the normal user by the server 13a and the cellular phone 14 in a locking state of the door lock of the vehicle 2 on the basis of the automatic locking control.
