Abstract:

To properly evaluate yield strength of an aseismatic wall reinforced by a reinforcing material such as FRP sheet and plate on the basis of its reinforcing quantity.

The yield strength is calculated by an expression f (pwh × σwh + pwh(CF) × σwh(CF)) of adding the product pwh(CF) × σwh(CF) of the reinforcing bar ratio pwh(F) of the reinforcing material and design strength σwh(F) of the reinforcing material, to the product pwh × σwh in an evaluation expression f (pwh × σwh) of reinforced concrete yield strength including the product pwh σwh of the wall horizontal reinforcing bar ratio pwh and a yield point σwh of a wall horizontal reinforcing bar as a parameter.
