Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring accelerator pedal and brake pedal operations into a physically disabled state during automatic travel.SOLUTION: A vehicle with automatic travel function is configured so that a steering wheel 9, an accelerator pedal 7 and a brake pedal 8 can be stored. While the vehicle is in automatic driving with the automatic travel function, when the steering wheel 9 is stored in accordance with driver's intention, the accelerator pedal 7 and the brake pedal 8 are stored to bring an operation to the steering wheel 9 and operations to the accelerator pedal 7 and the brake pedal 8 into a physically disabled state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
