A shape of a baffle 20 arranged in the air mix space is formed in the shape of having a plurality of dividing plates 21 dividing a space into a plurality in the width direction of a hot-clod air flow, a cold air cutoff plate 22 cutting off a cold air flow by vertically partitioning one space among a plurality of spaces partitioned by the dividing plates 21, a hot air cutoff plate 23 arranged on the lower side than the cold air cutoff plate 22 on the heater cote side of the one space and cutting off a hot air flow, and a communicating window part 24 arranged on the heater core 15 side on the lower side than the cold air cutoff plate 22 of the dividing plates 21 dividing the one space, and allows cold air flowed in a lower side space than the cold air cutoff plate 22 of the one space to flow in a mixed air passage 27 being an adjacent space of the one space by passing through the communicating window part 24.
