To provide a simply configured vehicular air-conditioner capable of determining a difference in temperature between upward-blown air and downward-blown air into a vehicle compartment in an internal-external air bi-layer mode.
In an internal-external air bi-layer mode, a temperature of first and second blown airs immediately after passing through at least one heat exchanger, of an evaporator 14 and an in-room condenser 15, is estimated, and, based on the estimation result, whether it is in an upward-downward temperature difference state is determined, the state where a blown air temperature of air blown upward the vehicle compartment and a blown air temperature of air blown downward the vehicle compartment are greatly different. This configuration makes it possible to determine a difference in temperature between upward-blown air and downward-blown air into a vehicle compartment in an internal-external air bi-layer mode with a simple configuration, without disposing specific temperature detection means for both of first and second air channels.
