To provide a vehicular control device capable of preventing a driver from being given a deceleration feeling caused by automatic stop of an engine during running.

When a brake 7 of a vehicle 1 is activated for establishment of predetermined stop conditions while an engine 2 of the vehicle 1 is driven, the engine 2 is automatically stopped. The stop conditions include a condition in which a vehicle speed is decreased to a stop vehicle speed more than 0 km/h. When the engine 2 is automatically stopped, a braking force (wheel cylinder pressure) generated by the brake 7 is reduced.
