Abstract:
To provide a vehicular illuminating device that allows the presence of the vehicular illuminating device to be easily recognized even if the vehicular illuminating device is de-energized, and a vehicular lighting fixture.SOLUTION: A vehicular illuminating device according to an embodiment comprises: a socket; a board provided on the side of one end part of the socket; at least one light emitting element provided on the board; a frame part provided on the board, and surrounding the light emitting element; a sealing part provided in a region surrounded by the frame part, and covering the light emitting element; and a light storage part provided on at least one of an inner surface of the frame part, a top part of the frame part, an outer surface of the frame part, a surface of the board exposed to the region surrounded by the frame part, and a surface of the board outside the frame part, and including a light storage material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
