In a lamp chamber 4 formed of a lamp body 2 and a cover 3 covering the lamp body, a lamp fixture unit 6 composed of lamp units 13, 13, 13 having light sources 28, 28, 28, 34, 34, 34 and a frame 12 with the lamp units supported thereto is supported to the lamp body so as to be tiltable by an optical axis adjustment mechanism 36 adjusting an optical axis of light emitted from the light sources; and the optical axis adjustment mechanism is provided with adjusting screws 38, 38 penetrating the lamp body and rotatably connected to the frame, and also provided with an auxiliary support member 41 fixed to the lamp fixture unit, and having a part pressed against the inside surface of the lamp body by elasticity to support the lamp fixture unit to the lamp body.
