Abstract:
To provide a production method of a vehicular seat member capable of enhancing positional accuracy of an engagement part of a vehicular seat member, and securing fitting property of the vehicular seat member.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a vehicular seat member in which, a frame material 20 formed of a main body part 20A embedded in a foam resin molding 30 and a rear engagement part 25 protruded from the main body part 20A in plan view of the vehicular seat member 10, whose tip end side protrudes outward from the foam resin molding 30, and which is engaged to the vehicle, is integrated to the foam resin molding 30. The resin of the foam resin molding 30 is a resin in which, when an external size of a standard foam resin molding 90 is A, an inner size of a standard molding die 9 corresponding to the external size is B, (B-A)/B is 13/1000 or smaller, and when 0.2% proof of a material forming a wire is F(MPa) and a cross section of the wire is S (mm), F×S is 7000(N) or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
