To provide an air conditioning system, particularly, a ventilation and air conditioning system capable of ventilating a room during operation of an air conditioner.
This ventilation and air conditioning system comprises the air conditioner including an indoor heat exchanger 51 set on a ceiling, an air discharge port 55 for discharging heat-exchanged air, and a wind direction adjusting device for adjusting the direction of the air discharged through the discharge port 55; a first ventilation passage 10 for guiding outdoor air into the room, a second ventilation passage 20 for guiding indoor air to the outside of the room. The first ventilation passage 10 and the second ventilation passage 20 are crossed in a predetermined position, and a regenerated heat exchanger 30 is set in the intersection. The wind direction adjusting device is adapted so that the air discharged into the room through the discharge port 55 is not blown down linearly but brown at a predetermined angle with the ceiling surface.
