To prevent over-mold molding from being poorly molded when a ventilating duct in which a nonwoven fabric molded body is a constitutional member is manufactured.
In the ventilating duct 1, nonwoven fabric molded bodies 2 and 3 are provided, in which nonwoven fabrics are shape-molded by press processing so that at least one of the constitutional members of the ventilating duct 1 includes the nonwoven fabric containing a thermoplastic resin fiber. The nonwoven fabric molded bodies 2 and 3 are integrated by covering and forming with a resin covering body 4 so that the connecting parts 21 and 31 are piled up mutually and the end parts of the connecting part piled up are wrapped, and in the nonwoven fabric molded bodies 2 and 3, a heat-treated hardened layer wherein the surface thermoplastic resin fiber is melted and the rigidity is improved, is formed on the surface of the covered side with a resin covering body 4 by passing through a process for selectively heating the surface of the nonwoven fabric.
