To provide a method and a medium which enables facilitation of a business floater to be invested by making risk lower than that of conventional investment with bonds, stocks, etc., and then facilitating investing, in a company which has recently been founded.
A company which issues bonds issues bonds with the conditions of royalty payment, based upon sales to an investor. The investor obtains the bonds with the condition of loyalty payment and the bond issuing company reports sales, etc., to the investor and pays royalty.
