PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping device in which high frequency vibration is reduced.SOLUTION: The damping device 1 includes: elastic bodies 2 to which vibration is input; and an intermediate plate 3 disposed between the elastic bodies 2 so as to transverse a vibration input direction. The intermediate plate 3 has an acoustic impedance that is larger than that of the elastic body 2 and an irregular shape at the surface thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
