Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide valve of which productivity can be increased and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A valve 10 of this invention is constructed in such a way that a supporting sleeve 50 for supporting a valve body 20 for opening or closing a valve hole 31 in a linear movable manner is fixed to a fixed base 30 where the valve hole 31 communicated with a valve installing hole 92 is passed through and formed. In order to manufacture the valve 10, a flange part 55 expanding from one end part of the supporting sleeve 50 toward outside is formed in advance and at the same time both an outer protrusion 35 and an inner protrusion 36 raised up from the fixed base 30 to hold a flange part 55 in a radial direction of the supporting sleeve 50 when the flange part 55 is applied to the fixed base 30 from a base end side in a fixing direction. Then, the flange part 55 is inserted into a clearance between the outer protrusion 35 and the inner protrusion 36, the outer protrusion part 35 is caulked inwardly and the supporting sleeve 50 is fixed to the fixed base 30 under a state in which the flange part 55 is applied to the fixed base 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
