Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize dehydration without interruption, by setting a vibration pattern to correspond to the vibration frequency and the vibration period of a washing machine and an optimum speed pattern of the washing machine motor and controlling the motor by the optimum speed pattern according to a vibration pattern selected correspondingly to the detected vibration frequency and the vibration period.
SOLUTION: A vibration pattern corresponding to the vibration frequency and the vibration period of a washing machine is set by using a piezoelectric effect and an optimum speed pattern of the washing machine motor corresponding to each vibration pattern is set. Voltage signals are generated by vibration of the washing machine using the piezoelectric effect and the signals are processed into rectangular wave signals and the pulse generation counts Ni of the rectangular wave signals are counted 33 and the pulse generation frequency Ti is counted 34. These data Ni and Ti are compared to preset standard learning data by a microprocessor 35 to obtain a corresponding vibration pattern. After that, the washing machine motor is controlled by the optimum speed pattern based on the obtained vibration pattern.
