To provide a general home with a simple, secure, and low-priced vibration restraining device.
This device has a plurality of power input terminals, and in a power source for a general home each input terminal becomes single-phase two lines. A switching circuit is connected, in series to impedance such as a resistor or the like for properly restricting a current to each input terminal, and all of those output are connected to a common output terminal. Independently, this device has a circuit which detects vibration, and when this circuit works, a plurality of switching circuits geared to the number of power input terminals described above are switched on at the same time. The power input terminal is in the shape of a plug which enables the insertion into the vacant plug socket within a home, and it becomes small and inexpensive, and the maneuverability within a home improves by setting all circuits into the plug.
