Title:
VIBRATOR OF LINEAR MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2534596
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a linear motor large in discharge, and enable it to enlarge the vibration stroke, or to enlarge the torque more generally.
CONSTITUTION: In opposition to an electromagnet, which is made, with its n poles and s poles disposed alternately in one direction on a plane (the direction of a vibrator), rare earth magnets 21a, 21b, 22a, and 22b are disposed, so that the n poles and the s poles may alternate in the direction (the direction of vibration of a vibrator), on the plate-shaped frame 23 of a plate-shaped vibrator 20 for a linear motor, disposed capably of reciprocating in its direction, and also balance weights 25a and 25b are disposed and buried between the rare earth magnets disposed alternately. The plate-shaped frame 13 is made of fiber reinforcing resin, and a nonmagnetic metallic shaft 24 pierces the center of the frame made of fiber reinforcing resin. Hereby, the stroke of the vibrator of a linear motor or its torque can be increased stably.
