Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinegar mixer equipped in a cooked-rice mixing apparatus having an air blower.
SOLUTION: In the cooked-rice mixing apparatus 8, a standing machine case 2 is set at one end part of a base plate 1, a laterally swing case 4 which intermittently stops in downward, sideward and upward posture is supported at the upper part of the base plate 1, a self-rotatable bowl 5 provided with a vinegar rice discharging opening 5' on the swing case 4 is axially supported by a both-end-opened longitudinally rotational pipe axis 6 to rotate the bowl 5 by a driving motor 7 in the swing case 4. The base end part 6' of the rotational pipe axis 6 is connected to a lateral pipe 10 inside the swing case 4, and one end of the pipe 10 has an opening 10' at the base end surface of the swing case 4 so that the one end opening part 10' of the lateral pipe 10 meets an air blowing opening 11' of an air blower 11 arranged inside the stand case 2 when stopping the swing of the self-rotatable bowl 5 so as to be in a lateral posture.
