Abstract:
To obtain a vinyl chloride polymer having high processability, impact strength, or the like, comparable to those of conventional vinyl chloride polymer independently of the molecular weight and exhibiting excellent heat-resistance and thermal stability.
The vinyl chloride polymer contains ≥40 wt.% vinyl chloride component and has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of ≤1.7 wherein Mw is weight-average molecular weight and Mn is number-average molecular weight measured by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).
