Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous liquid substance feeder efficiently producing good items.
SOLUTION: This viscous liquid substance feeder discharges pasty chocolate (viscous liquid substance) CH from a discharge port 11a. The feeder has a supply part 19 supplying chocolate CH of a fixed quality with fixed pressure, and as an opening closing means for opening and closing the discharge port 11a discharging chocolate CH supplied from the supply part 19, a pin valve (blocking member) 16 blocking the discharge port 11a, and an air cylinder (driving part) 13 opening and closing the discharge port 11a through driving the pin valve 16.
