The visual sense regeneration assist device includes a plural number of electrodes placed in choroid coat or sclera to electrically stimulate cells constructing the retina of the patient in a predetermined pattern form, a control means connected to the electrodes for outputting electrically stimulated pulse signals from the electrodes, and feedback electrodes for forming an electric current pathway for electrically stimulated pulse signals so as to pass through cells constructing the retina and pairing with the plural electrodes, wherein the electric current pathway control material is formed in a film form with an insulating material and also has biocompatibility and is positioned so as to make contact with the retina, allows the electric current of electrically stimulated pulse signals to pass therethrough and has through-holes with diameters similar to or smaller than those of the plural electrodes.
