PURPOSE: To change the contents of a pronounced voice and to enhance versatility by mounting an IC card storing a digital voice data and D/A converting the read digital voice data into an analog voice signal.
CONSTITUTION: The digital voice data is stored in the IC card 23, and the digital voice data of the mounted IC card is pronounced as a voice. Namely, an address generating means has a connector 14 on which the IC card 23 storing the digital voice data is mounted, generates an address for making an access to the IC card 23 and supplies, it to the IC card 23 through the connector 14. The D/A converting means 15 D/A converts the digital voice data sequentially read from the IC card 23 into the analog voice signal supplied through the connector 14. A pronouncing means pronounces the analog voice signal.
