Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice signal compression device capable of making a circuit scale and a processing load small, and maintaining excellent sound quality of a decrypted voice signal with respect to compressibility.SOLUTION: A voice signal compression device 1 includes a filter unit 15 that performs filtering processing of removing a signal in an arbitrary band or region in which an error occurring in processing of a prediction coding of a voice signal exists, or processing equivalent to the filtering processing. The filter unit 15, when the filtering processing or the processing equivalent to the filtering processing is performed, changes an arbitrary band or region to be removed from respective signals, dependently on bands or regions in which a voice signal can exist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
