To provide a voltage signal selection device which has high noise removal performance and is capable of increasing a voltage signal scanning speed, in consideration of the fact that it has been impossible to increase a time constant of a filter for noise removal and to increase the scanning speed because the filter has been disposed in a succeeding stage of a switch for voltage signal selection.

A voltage signal to be selected is inputted to a filter to remove noise, and the signal from which the noise has been removed is selected by a selection part. Since the input signal of the filter is not varied by switching of the selection part, a time constant of the filter can be increased and a switching speed can be increased.
