PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem with the conventional structure of a vortex flow fan that noise is high and air quantity is small though a pressure is high.
SOLUTION: Where the outside diameter of an impeller is D, a clearance between the outer periphery of the impeller to the inner diameter of a casing is a2, and the height of impeller vanes is b2, when D≤100 mm, 0.70≤b2/(a2+b2)≤0.85.
