To solve the problem that when a driver steps on the brake to stop the car, the engine suddenly hums, and the car rushes off, and even when the driver re-steps on the brake the moment the engine hums, an accident is unavoidable.

A stopper is arranged under an accelerator, and when a shift lever is set to D (drive) or R (back), the stopper stands up, and limits the step-on of the accelerator. Thus, it is possible to prevent an accident due to the misstep of a pedal in case of emergency.
