To provide a harness and a buckle for a packing bag confined to human users and a combination thereof which is useful and economical by enabling use thereof for holding a baggage freely adjustable by a user.
This invention relates to a waist belt and a buckle assembly which are used for mounting a packing bag 110 on a human user, ideally on the back part of a human body. In this case, a buckle 120, preferably a buckle 120 having a substantially individual housing parts for string parts 10, 20, 30 and 40 has two strings stretchable forward from side parts of the packing bag 110 to the front of the user with four string parts 10, 20, 30 and 40 fixable thereon. The string parts 10, 20, 30 and 40 can be individually adjusted or loosened preferably by moving an angle part of the buckle to be separated from his body without loosening other string parts.
