To provide a walking-exercise measuring system by which a walking route, a walking distance and a walking speed in addition to the number of steps are found precisely, and by which an exercise amount is obtained with high accuracy.
The walking-exercise measuring system is constituted of a user-mounted walking-exercise measuring terminal which is provided with a walking sensor, a recording part used to record the time of each walking operation, and a transfer means used to transfer data to a walking-exercise calculation device; the walking-exercise calculation device comprising a stride calculation part which calculates a stride by the time required for each step on the basis of the transferred data, a walking-speed calculation part which divides the stride by the time required and which calculates the walking speed, a by-speed number-of-steps calculation part which calculates the number of by-walking-speed walking steps, a by-speed walking-distance calculation part which calculates a by-walking-speed walking distance, and a transfer means used to transfer the number of by-speed steps and the by-speed walking distance; and a walking-exercise output device which accesses the walking-exercise calculation device, which transfers the number of by-speed steps and by-speed walking distance data so as to be output to an output means.
