When a user passes through support points 1 to 11 on a walking course in moving along the walking course, the user reads walking support information that corresponds to each of the support points 1 to 11 to receive the walking support. The user registers his/her own health control information in advance, and when the user passes through the support points 1 to 11, the user receives a message that corresponds to his/her walking condition by measuring, for example, a pulse, blood pressure and body temperature, and adding each variation value of the pulse, blood pressure and body temperature up to the next support point to these measured results to be compared with the preregistered health control information. These walking support apparatus and walking support program are significant to health control.
