This wall-hanging air conditioning device comprising a vertically-movable frame 38 at a lower side of a main body 3, and provided with the filter 33 disposed on the vertically-movable frame 38 movably forward and backward from a front face 11 to the top face 13 of the main body 3 and drawable under the main body 3, further comprises a top panel 43 constituting the top face 13 of the main body 3, the top panel 43 is provided with a filter guide portion 43A for guiding a front edge portion 33a in the inserting direction of the filter 33, to the direction along the top face 13 when the filter 33 is inserted from the front face 11 to the top face 13.
