To provide an attachment structure for a wall surface panel and a construction method of a reinforcement soil wall allowing the wall surface panel to be easily connected on a holding frame in a short time through mechanical dry connection requiring no welding even without placing back-filling concrete.SOLUTION: An attachment structure for a wall surface panel configured to attach the wall surface panel 3 on a holding frame 2 retaining a slop shape of sediment S comprises: the wall surface panel 3 in a rectangular shape in a front view which has a panel hook on a rear surface; a frame fixing clamp 4 fixed on the holding frame 2; and a connector 5 having connection hooks on both ends thereof to hook the wall surface panel 3 on the frame fixing clamp 4. The frame fixing clamp 4 comprises: a hoop piece for hooking the connection hook; a hook bolt having a J-shaped hook to be hooked on a frame member of the holding frame 2 and a screw part; and a concave groove through which the frame member of the holding frame 2 is inserted. The frame fixing clamp is fixed to the holding frame 2 while being in contact therewith at three points or more, by abutting both end parts in a longitudinal direction on the other frame member of the holding frame 2 in a state of being hooked on one frame member of the holding frame 2 with the hook bolt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
