PURPOSE: To increase the following property to the horizontal variation of a building, by rigidly jointing upper and lower PC panels fitted with windows and others in these intermediate position to a plurality of steel materials and by jointing the lower panel with a lateral structural material to be relatively displaceable in the horizontal direction.
CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower precast concrete panels 1U, 1D are arranged at an interval and rigidly jointed with a plurality of steel materials 5R and further, a sash and a glass window, etc. are fitted in the intermediate position. The upper panel 1U is fixed at the lateral structural member of an architectual construction and a plurality of horizontal grooved holes 3 are made in the lower panel 1D to fit to a fastner 4 equipped in the lateral structural member of the architecture to be horizontally displaceable. In this way, the following property of the panel to the architecture can be increased.
