RADIO DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD

PURPOSE: To attain data transmission surely to a master station within a prescribed time without the need for a synchronizing signal of a base station.
CONSTITUTION: Plural mobile stations 2, 3 use one radio wave to send data to a master station 1 by carrier sensing, and a mobile station (b) senses a carrier of a mobile station (a) to delay a transmission timing as shown in 4 in figure and to avoid collision in transmission. Furthermore, a transmission disable state (shown in 5) due to carrier sensing takes place in a mobile station (e), forced transmission (shown in 6) is executed for a time where carrier sensing is weakest so that data transmission when the effect due to radio wave collision is least is attained.
