To provide a warm bath apparatus having an inter-bathtub overflow mechanism reducing the contact between warm water and air.

An interval between a hand/arm bathtub 11 and a foot bathtub 12 of this warm bath apparatus is connected by the inter-bathtub overflow mechanism 50 and a side wall overflow mechanism 60. The inter-bathtub overflow mechanism 50 comprises an overflow tube part 54 having an outlet 51 outflowing warm water, and a lid part 52 having a downward-facing cup shape covering the upper end of the overflow tube part 54 and having its side wall reaching a side lower than the flowing height of the warm water from the outlet 51. The inter-bathtub overflow mechanism can outflow the warm water from the hand/arm bathtub 11 to the foot bathtub 12 without opening to the air.
