The warmed toilet seat 2 is provided with: a seat case 8 formed of material transmitting radiant energy, having a hollow inside. a radiating heating element 9 arranged within the hollow 7 in the case 8 to radiate the radian energy; and a reflector 10 arranged at the lower part inside the hollow 7 to reflect the radiant energy radiated by the heating element 9. The reflector 10 is characterized by arranging a nearly L-shaped divided reflecting member 11 and a nearly inverse-L-shaped divided reflecting member 12 symmetrical to this in a U-shape. The reflector which is formed cut out in a ring form conventionally is divided into the L-shape and the inverse-L-shape.
