To provide a warning device of a clutch device capable of taking precautions against shortening its useful lifetime of the clutch by raising the alarm before arriving at the end of the lifetime.
The clutch device which connects or disconnects the input shaft and the output shaft by connecting or disconnecting a partner plate being connected with the input shaft and a clutch plate being connected with the input shaft and a clutch plate being connected with the output shaft includes: a slip heat threshold setting means 104 for repeating slip operation of a half clutch state over a predetermined time of the clutch, measuring the number of repetition times leading to damage until it is damaged and presetting the number of repetition times for each heat generation by varying the predetermined time, a means 105 for calculating the slip heat value in clutch action based on the hydraulic pressure and circumferential speed of the clutch during actual clutch operation; and a means 11 for giving an alarm based on the calculation value from the slip heat value calculation means, and a set value from the slip heat value threshold setting means.
