To provide a wash water tank device, in which connection of a connection end of a watersupply part with a base end part of a hand wash water discharge pipe can be smoothly performed and connection failure can be prevented.
A wash water tank device includes: a wash water tank 12 for storing toilet bowl flushing water; a cover which is mounted on an upper opening of the wash water tank 12 and on the top face of which a hand wash basin is formed; a hand wash water discharge pipe 18 which is provided so as to face to the hand wash basin of the cover and of which base end part 30 projects to an underside of the cover; and a water supply part 44 which is provided in the wash water tank 12 and supplies water to the hand wash water discharge pipe 18. A connection end 45 of the water supply pipe 44 is provided rising upward, and the connection end 45 of the water supply pipe 44 is inserted into and connected to the inside of the base end part 30 of the hand wash water discharge pipe 18. The wash water tank device has: a tiltable guide cylinder 50 surrounding the outer periphery of the connection end 45 of the water supply pipe 44 and making the base end part 30 of the hand wash water discharge pipe 18 engage with its inside; and a regulation cylinder 52, which cannot be tilted, surrounding the outer periphery of the guide cylinder 50 and regulating tilting of the guide cylinder.
