To provide a washing operation device in which a ball chain attached to a spindle does not easily fall out by rotation of the spindle.
A washing operation device includes: a spindle 96 coupled into a washing tank and extended into the washing tank; and ball chain fitting parts 116, 118 provided on the tip side of the spindle 96. A ball chain for washing stools and a ball chain for washing urine are fitted to the fitting parts 116, 118 respectively. Washing of stools with a large amount of washing water discharged is operated by pulling up one of the ball chain for washing stools and the ball chain for washing urine by rotation of the spindle 96 in one direction, and washing of urine with a small amount of washing water discharged is operated by pulling up the other the ball chain by rotation of the spindle 96 in the other direction. Guide surfaces 138 each with a slit 140 guiding the ball chain to the fitting part formed are provided on the tip side of the spindle 96, and a part of each guide surface 138 has an inclined plane 139 which is inclined in a direction away from each of the fitting parts 116, 118.
