To provide a quilt stuffed with feather, used all the year round and washed in a domestic washing machine.

This quilt stuffed with feather is composed of a surface fabric 1, an intermediate fabric 2 and a back fabric 3. The feather is stored between the surface fabric 1 and the intermediate fabric 2. In order to prevent movement of the feather, the surface fabric 1 and the intermediate fabric 2 are quilted 4. A three-dimensional gore 5 is provided between the intermediate fabric 2 and the back fabric 3, and divided into a plurality of chambers 6. The three-dimensional gore 5 is sewn on the intermediate fabric 2 and the back fabric 3. One inner bag 7 stuffed with feather is mounted in each of the chambers 6. When the inner bag 7 stuffed with feather is taken out of the chamber 6, the feather stored between the surface fabric 1 and the intermediate fabric 2 is left behind to use the quilt for the spring, fall or summer. On the other hand, when the inner bag 7 stuffed with feather is mounted in each chamber 6, the total feather quantity is increased to use the quilt for the winter.
