Abstract:
To provide a washing apparatus for an adsorption filter which permits man-power saving from the aspect of energy cost and makes it possible to save a useless washing time by performing washing while selecting the density of supercritical or subcritical fluid.
The washing apparatus for the adsorption filter is provided with a washing tub 16 that houses and washes the adsorption filter and a controller 26 that controls temperature and pressure of fluid so that the density of the supercritical fluid or subcritical fluid allowed to flow through the adsorption filter in the washing tub 16 falls into the prescribed range upon the washing.
