Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device in which a fluorine based solvent and a glycol-ether based solvent can be perfectly separated without necessitating an explosion-proof structure, while excellent washing and rinsing effects are secured, by adding water to the glycol-ether based solvent dissolved into the fluorine based solvent at a rinsing time, namely by separating the fluorine based solvent from the glycol-ether based solvent and the water with a hydration treatment.
SOLUTION: In this washing device in which after an article to be washed is washed with a glycol-ether based solvent G, the article to be washed is rinsed with the liquid or the vapor of a fluorine based solvent F, a separation means 3 for adding the water to the glycol-ether based solvent G dissolved into the fluorine based solvent F at the rinse time to separate the fluorine based solvent F from the glycol-ether based solvent G and the water is provided on the device.
