This washing device is composed of on envelop-shaped body consisting of a water-proofing synthetic resin sheet having the size for covering the lower half body of user 3 and capable of being opened/closed by a fluid-tight fastener, a spray part 8 provided at the position corresponding to the excretory organ of the user 3 of the envelop-shaped body and spraying water onto the user 3, a water supply source for supplying water to the spray part 8, a discharge port 14 provided at the lower part of the envelop-shaped body and discharging dirty water after washing, and a waste water device for recovering dirty water discharged from the discharger port 14.
