Abstract:
To provide a washing machine motor unit in which a DC motor can be used for driving a drain valve and a clutch member that supplies and disconnects power between a washing tub and a washing tub driving motor.SOLUTION: In a washing machine motor unit 1 that drives a drain valves and the like provided in a washing machine, the rotation of a DC motor 3 is transmitted to an output member 4 via a gear transmission mechanism 5. The DC motor 3 cannot control the position of an output member by controlling the time, however the washing machine motor unit 1 comprises: a cam member 6 that rotates in conjunction with the output member 4; and a switch mechanism 7 that is driven by the cam member 6, therefore the position of the output member 4 can be monitored by the output from the switch mechanism 7. A motor shaft 31 of the DC motor 3 extends in a direction orthogonal to the rotation center axis L of the fourth gear 54 and the like, and the gear transmission mechanism 5 includes a worm 50 fixed to the motor shaft 31 and a worm wheel 511.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
