Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3831607
Kind Code:
B2

SOLUTION: A waste feeder for transporting waste, introduced from a hopper to an incinerator through a waste path in the screw casing by rotating a screw mechanism, formed by winding a screw vane in a spiral around the outer periphery of a screw shaft comprises a rotary scraper provided counterposed to the outlet of the waste path for the incinerator. The scraper comprises a plurality of rotary vanes provided on the outer periphery of a rotary shaft, along the circumferential direction thereof and in a plurality of stags in the axial direction thereof. The rotation axis of the rotary shaft is arranged substantially perpendicular to that of the screw mechanism, and the rotary vanes are allowed to be close to the outlet of the waste path at the outer peripheral ends thereof.
