Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gasification melting furnace capable of ensuring stable waste treatment.SOLUTION: A waste gasification melting furnace 10 includes: a shaft unit 2; a melting furnace unit 4; and a communication unit 5. The communication unit 5 includes: carbonization fire grates 3; a blower 36 that includes air supply sections 33 and 34; and a supply/delivery device 31 supplying waste to an upper opening portion 46. The melting furnace unit 4 includes a gas detection unit provided upside of a tuyere, for detecting a concentration of at least one of a methane gas and a hydrogen gas. The waste gasification melting furnace 10 includes at least one of supplied-quantity regulation means 30 regulating a quantity of air supplied from the blower 36 in response to the detection result of the gas detection unit 48 and speed regulation means 35 regulating a waste delivery speed in response to the detection result of the gas detection unit 48.
